Social Genius offers four comprehensive subscription tiers designed to meet the needs of individuals, teams, and enterprises at different scales of social media management.
1.1 Social Starter (Free) - $0/month

2. Billing and Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically, and users can update payment details or cancel through the account dashboard.
2.1 Automatic Renewal
All paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled by the user before the renewal date.
2.2 Payment Management
Users can update payment details, change subscription plans, or cancel their subscription through their account dashboard at any time.
2.3 Billing Cycles
Subscriptions are available on monthly or annual billing cycles. Annual subscriptions may include discounted pricing.
2.4 Usage Monitoring
Users can monitor their usage of AI tokens, API calls, posts, and other resources through their dashboard. Overages may result in service limitations or additional charges based on the selected plan.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds for unused portions of the subscription are issued on a case-by-case basis.
3.1 Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered for unused portions of paid subscriptions based on individual circumstances and platform usage.
3.2 Refund Process
To request a refund, contact our support team with your subscription details and reason for the refund request. Each case will be reviewed individually.
3.3 Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and will be credited to the original payment method.
4. Free Trials
Free trials convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
4.1 Trial Period
Free trials are available for eligible new users and typically last 14 days, providing full access to Social Pro plan features.
4.2 Trial Conversion
At the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid Social Pro plan unless you cancel before the trial expires.
4.3 Cancellation
You can cancel your free trial at any time through your account dashboard to avoid being charged when the trial period ends.
5. Subscription Changes
5.1 Plan Upgrades
You can upgrade your subscription plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and you'll be charged the prorated difference. Resource limits and features will be updated instantly.
5.2 Plan Downgrades
Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You'll retain access to your current plan features until then. Note that downgrades may result in loss of data if your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits.
5.3 Resource Limitations
If you exceed your plan's resource limits (workspaces, projects, team members, etc.), you may need to upgrade your plan or reduce usage to maintain full functionality.
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
6.2 Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, you'll retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period, then your account will automatically revert to the Social Starter (Free) tier with corresponding limitations.
6.3 Data Retention
Upon downgrade or cancellation, data beyond the free tier limits will be preserved for 30 days, allowing you to export or upgrade before permanent deletion.
7. Enterprise Subscriptions
7.1 Custom Agreements
Social Enterprise subscriptions require custom agreements and pricing based on specific organizational needs and usage requirements.
7.2 Dedicated Support
Enterprise customers receive dedicated account management and priority support channels.
7.3 Custom Integrations
Enterprise plans include the possibility of custom integrations and features developed specifically for your organization.
